About Connect Agency & our services

Connect Agency is a reporting, ESG/BRSR, content, and design studio. The Site describes our services — including annual and integrated report production, ESG and BRSR disclosure support, content writing and investor decks, design and visual systems, and related work — and showcases selected past work for illustrative purposes.

Descriptions of our services on the Site are for general information only and do not themselves constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Any actual client engagement, its scope, fees, and deliverables are governed by a separate, signed agreement or statement of work between Connect Agency and the client, not by these Terms.

Use of this website

You may browse the Site and use the contact and newsletter forms for their intended purpose — enquiring about our services, applying for a role, or subscribing to updates. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or the data of other users;
• Interfere with the Site’s normal operation, including through scraping, automated data collection, or overloading our servers;

Case studies, mockups, and images of client work are shown to illustrate our capabilities and remain the property of Connect Agency and/or the respective clients.

You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or exploit the Site’s content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Information you submit

When you submit the contact form, newsletter sign-up, or a job application through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it with us. By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you back at the details provided, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Client engagements & deliverables

These Terms apply to your use of the Site itself. If you go on to engage Connect Agency for annual report, ESG/BRSR, content, or design services, the scope of work, fees, timelines, ownership of final deliverables, and other commercial terms will be set out separately in a signed proposal, agreement, or statement of work, which will govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Articles, guides, and other material published in our Insights section are provided for general informational purposes only and reflect our understanding of reporting and disclosure practice at the time of writing. They do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, investment, or regulatory advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional familiar with your specific circumstances, including current BRSR, SEBI, or other applicable regulatory requirements.
